Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinator:

    1. Redressal of Students' Grievances to solve their academic and administrative problems.

    2. To co-ordinate between members and Department to redress the grievances.

    3. Analysing the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner

    4. To guide ways and means to the students to redress their problems.

    5. Initiate and oversee the process of investigation and communicating decision.

  2. Member:

    1. Creating awareness in departments about grievance redressal mechanism

    2. Attended to cases promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students

    3. To co-ordinate between students and Departments to redress the grievances.

    4. Report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases.
